ENDÜSTRİYEL VANA

Industrial valves are critical equipment used in various industrial applications to control the flow of fluids (liquids, gases). Different types of valves offer various features depending on the area of application and the specific needs. Among these valves, butterfly valves stand out for their lightweight structure and quick open-close mechanism. Particularly, lug butterfly valves and wafer butterfly valves are commonly preferred in piping systems.

To automate butterfly valves, different actuator systems are used. One of these systems is the pneumatic actuator, which operates using compressed air and provides a fast response time. On the other hand, electric actuators use electrical energy to open or close the valve. These actuators are particularly preferred in systems requiring more precise control.

In terms of material construction, stainless steel valves are highly prominent. Valves made from stainless steel, known as stainless valves, are durable and resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for harsh conditions.

Some valves are specially designed to control various flow directions in systems. For example, L port valves and T port valves offer structures that allow the redirection of the fluid. These valves are commonly used in systems requiring multi-directional flow control.

Actuators and valves are often supported by gearboxes and limit switch boxes. The gearbox is used to amplify and direct the actuator's movement, while the limit switch box determines whether the valve is in the open or closed position. This component is crucial in automation systems to ensure the valve is operating in the correct position.

Industrial valves enhance automation and flow control, optimizing production processes and increasing operational efficiency for businesses.
